DELIVERY TIME
The standard service carried out in the name and on behalf of the customer provides delivery within 24/48 hours in the main Italian locations excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia where delivery requires an additional 24 hours

As per Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185, the goods travel at the risk of the recipient, therefore ATEKA PARTS is not responsible for any theft or damage caused by the couriers used, or by third parties.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS
collection by courier, which takes place at our. office every weekday, is to be understood in the name and on behalf of the end customer who therefore undertakes to accept the delivery costs as reported at the time of the order
The courier who collects and delivers the products in the name and on behalf of the end customer will deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order

Commercial sales relationships are governed by these conditions of sale as per current Italian legislation DLGS 22/5/1999 n. 185
ATEKA PARTS carries out shipments to the Customer with selected express couriers and the goods travel free of charge with transport costs and risks fully borne by the Customer.
These expenses and other charges possibly connected to the transport and/or shipping of the products are counted and detailed in the order confirmation and in the purchase invoice.
Upon receiving the goods at his home, the Customer must check the integrity of the packages.
In the event of discrepancies and/or discrepancies, it will be the Customer's responsibility to refuse the package under penalty of forfeiture of asserting their rights in this regard.

RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check the package:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and unaltered, we use white tape with FRAGILE written in red or black film to wrap the boxes and heat-sealed plastic straps, to guarantee greater safety for shipments
In the event of anomalies, the customer must contest the shipment by writing "RESERVE" (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier. The customer must subsequently report the problems relating to the shipment to ATEKA PARTS.
In the case of stock for reasons resulting from the unavailability of the customer or communication of an incorrect address, which lead to the return of the package to ATEKA PARTS, the customer is required to pay for a new shipment.

 

WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE
For products purchased by the Customer, the rules regarding guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods are applicable to ATEKA PARTS.
If you change your mind or ARE NOT SATISFIED, we will refund you 100%
The "Satisfied or Reimbursed" formula provides for the replacement of products present in the package that do not conform to the description, are different from the order or are of the wrong colour. If the product is no longer available you are entitled to a refund of the amount, applying the right of withdrawal. The law provides, on any remote purchase, the possibility of returning an item within 10 days and being refunded 100%. The only cost to be incurred is the shipping costs to return the product.  

The sale is assisted by the guarantees for faults and defects provided by law. Pursuant to art. 53 Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n° 206, if the Customer is a consumer he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be addressed, after warning, via email to info@atekaparts.com .

 The goods must then be returned at the Customer's expense within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The entire amount paid will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) after having verified the integrity of the goods.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of the art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of age; that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
